Training
FarmSafe provides quality training and services to the pastoral and horticulture sectors. Governed by organisations within the rural industry, FarmSafe understands the demands and pressures that are experienced within this sector.
Accordingly, we not only provide hands-on training workshops for all staff levels, we also provide tailor-made farm safety assistance for individual farm businesses.

Qualification Based Training
By completing a number of our NZQA-certified workshops, you can work towards achieving an NZQA recognized qualification. Each individual workshop recognises the practical skills and knowledge required to safely use agricultural vehicles, equipment and agrichemicals for either agriculture or pastoral farming.
Depending on which workshops you choose, three or four FarmSafe workshops need to be completed to achieve an NZQA qualification - reaching a total value of 40 or more credits. FarmSafe Awareness is a core compulsory workshop and the remaining elective workshops are your choice.
