HOW DOES OUR ONLINE RENEWAL PROCESS WORK?
This renewal process is designed for holders of a GROWSAFE certificate who are seeking to renew their GROWSAFE certificate. Our online renewal service will outline the changes since your last certificate was issued and after paying the fee, following the steps and answering questions relating to the changes, you will be able to complete the renewal process.
THE EASY STEPS TO RENEWING YOUR GROWSAFE CERTIFICATE ONLINE:
Step One: Registration and Application
First you need to register your details - this will enable you to have a unique logon that you will require to proceed with the renewal process. Once you have registered, your logon and password will be immediately emailed to you. Please note, you will require your current GROWSAFE certificate number. If you have misplaced your certificate and you are an existing FarmSafe client, you can call FarmSafe on 0800 545747 to request this information.
Step Two: Pay the Renewal Fee
The online renewal fee is $150 (GST included). Using your logon and password, you can securely pay online using your credit card. As soon as payment is received you can begin the online renewal service. Farmlands and Ravensdown clients may choose to charge this renewal fee to their respective account.
Step Three: Review the Resources Online
Your logon will give you access to a downloadable workbook which includes a summary of your Regional Air Plan. You will be provided with information about the relevant changes that have occurred to workplace practices since your previous certificate was issued. However, before proceeding you must fill out the Application for renewal form.
Step Four: Complete the Assessment
After you have read the workbook there will be a short 20 question multichoice assessment which you can complete and submit online. Your unique logon details allow you to have 3 attempts at the assessment over 28 days. You are required to achieve an 80% pass rate.
